Andrew is the founder and director of Blue Totem Communications and has more than a decades’ experience specializing in thought leadership and profile building across consumer lifestyle, retail, public policy, and education sectors.
Prior to Blue Totem, Andrew was Senior Vice President at global PR firm Ketchum where he developed and led communications campaigns for brands such as Borders, Gazprom, ICAEW, Jebsen & Jessen (SEA), Nippon Paint and William Grant & Sons.
Andrew has spent some time with the Republic of Singapore Air Force and also worked in a branding consultancy serving clients such as Sony. He also has experience as a writer with a local lifestyle portal and spent a few months in a boutique law firm specializing in construction litigation and corporate law.
A mass communications graduate from Murdoch University, Western Australia, Andrew also holds a diploma in Legal Studies from Temasek Polytechnic.
Riley brings a decade of experience across the private and public sectors in communications and development, with strengths in media and stakeholder advocacy. He has managed corporate communications and issues in the energy and utility industry and also worked on consumer and luxury clients including Schwarzkopf, MTV, and Harry Winston.
As organizations are increasingly expected to ‘walk the talk’, Riley understands communications and people management must take increasingly strategic roles. He has also been recruiting in the communications industry for the past six years to help businesses better engage people.
His previous government experiences include promoting and advocating for cultural philanthropy, where he cultivated sustainable collaborations between businesses and the art community, as well as social and community marketing for museums.
Riley holds a postgraduate degree in cultural studies from Edinburgh University and a management degree from Manchester University. Besides his interests in design and visual arts, he loves snowboarding and surfing.
Naveen is a seasoned communications practitioner, with experience across a wide range of sectors, including both the B2B and B2C segments.
His prior clients include the likes of Microsoft, Barracuda Networks, Siemens, Nokia and Yamaha Music.
An avid writer, Naveen took up several journalism stints during his university days, covering the crime beat for a local news daily and writing for various in-house publications such as The Singapore Sports Council and the Public Utilities Board.
Naveen holds a degree in mass communications from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology and his current position plays a leading role in creating and executing both regional and global communications campaigns for key clients.
Clement has a background in marketing with experience in both agencies and in-house marketing departments. He has worked with various clients including Acer, StarHub, BreadTalk Group, and JobsFactory.
With a passion for helping others to achieve the best they can, Clement has previously worked in the helping profession and social services sector in across South East Asia. His various roles and responsibilities include volunteer management, fund-raising and events, fieldwork and community engagement, and publicity efforts. In his free time, he continues to volunteer at various organizations.
Clement holds an honors degree in Business (Marketing) from Nanyang Business School, Nanyang Technological University, and is currently pursuing a Masters of Arts in Counselling at Singapore Bible College.
